It has slightly lower mechanical properties than Type 304, which is further non – hardenable by heat treatment. Annealing of heat in SS 304L Plates, which are offered by Venus Special Metals, can be performed up to 1900 Degree F – 2050 Degree F (1038 Degree C – 1121 Degree C), and then cool rapidly.
